MEDITATION – GUIDED FOR RELAXATION

Meditation has to be practised to get the most benefit. Apart from the health benefits of improving the mind and bodily functions, it opens up a new awareness of people’s senses and energies. It not only releases negativity but also any abilities mental or physical that have remained dormant until the key opens the door. Participants in this activity will feel more confident knowing that they will be guided along the true path of life to achieve their potential. Everyone is different, so every potential is different. Members can see if their true potential can be released.

Paula’s studies of meditation have been long and fruitful while learning to connect with her guides and other “helpers” in the universe. In the UK she belonged to a group for a very long time and, indeed, taught meditation at her home for more than ten years. Meditation has brought her greater confidence in her abilities and she feels connected with the environment around her. Paula senses energy from people and things and knows instantly if the energy is negative or positive. It helps to be aware with whom your energies might gel and with whom they don’t. It then avoids getting to know the wrong people.
