PIZARRA – EL SANTO
The walk begins in the town of Pizarra and follows the path of the Romeria up to the El Santo monument on the top of the hill overlooking the town. The track passes through woods and an unusual tunnel through the rocks. It then climbs through pine forest and moorland until the monument is reached. There are spectacular views from here. On return the path loops through moorland before descending into the woods and then back to the start.

At the end of the road turn left onto the A7054 towards Pizarra, Descend gently into Pizarra for 700m past a BP petrol station that is located immediately before a roundabout. Continue straight over the roundabout (2nd exit) on the A7054 for about 200m and then take a left followed by an immediate hard left into a one-way service road that runs back towards the roundabout where the BP station is located.
