What are crypto currencies?   How long have they been around?   Who can benefit from them?  What does the future hold for fiat and crypto currencies?

The mission of Crypto Education is to provide a basic knowledge on the world of crypto currencies, like Bitcoin and Litecoin.  This presentation will discuss the differences between past and present currencies. 

It is believed that the next few years are going to be fascinating times, just like the internet when it sprang out on to the mainstream. Crypto currencies will do the same and whether they are dealt with now or later, they are comingThis subject is certain to be thought-provoking and illuminating.  

It is not a requirement to be a computer expert to learn about this subject.  All will be explained in plain English and no jargon.  Pen and a notebook might be useful.

Soft skills for techies and engineers in global teams.

What are the ‘rules’ in a new country of residence or in global teams? How do you avoid misunderstandings? An interactive presentation with the objective to explore how intercultural awareness, knowledge and skills can help attendees become more effective abroad. We identify the way values, attitudes and beliefs drive behaviour and give you a new framework to process what you see and experience in the host country.”

The question is often asked “how is living in Spain different from living in one’s home country?”. Perhaps some of those who attend may have encountered cultural misunderstandings with team members or other people in society?  This presentation aims to help attendees cope with some of these difficulties to obtain the desired result from intercultural exchanges.

Andrea Breidenbach is a multicultural business consultant and relocation trainer with a 25 year international track record in various industries including High Tech, Solar Industry, Financial Area and Higher Education. She has worked for several US employers in Germany, the UK, Spain and Mexico. Andrea also teaches business courses at a US-style University College in Marbella, Spain
