Chris Brown is a chartered accountant by profession who later became a property developer in London. He recently presented to U3A International his long experiences as a President of a Community in Spain and on the effects of The Spanish Horizontal Property Law. Despite having doubts, he has just unanimously been re-elected as President of his Community.
