San Pedro to Puerto Banus

Walk participants will leave the meeting place heading east along San Pedro’s paseo maritimo before crossing the bridge over the Guadaiza river. They will then continue along the boardwalk passing several coves on their passage to Puerto Banus. Walkers will continue around the Puerto Banus waterfront and marina to the La Victoria statue where there will be an opportunity for refreshments at a beachside cafe. Walkers will return by the same route except when going through Puerto Banus where a section of road walking will be used to bypass the marina.

Directions to meeting place from Marbella

CAR

Proceed on the A7 in the direction of Estepona and exit for San Pedro before the tunnel. When in San Pedro at the main the roundabout with the wavy bridge, turn left and follow the Avenue del Mediterranean towards the seafront. Park near the roundabout at the seafront and proceed to the Restaurante La Pesquera de San Pedro where the walk will begin.

BUS

Take the 13 or the 79 bus from Marbella towards San Pedro/Estepona. Get off at the stop called San Pedro. Walk back towards the roundabout with the wavy bridge then turn right across the roundabout and follow the Avenue del Mediterranean towards the seafront. When the seafront roundabout is reached proceed to the Restaurante La Pesquera de San Pedro where the walk will begin.
