Monda

Itinerary:
We will meet in Monda car park and will be leaving at 10am. This walk is in the vicinity of Monda and on leaving the car park we start a steep ascent out of Monda village, up past the castle. We then descend into the valley where there is a stream running through which we will cross (easily passable). Then ascend out of the valley and once at the top we will stop for a break; we will then make our way back to Monda. This is fantastic countryside with mountain views. This is a circular walk of 11.2 kms and should take 2 1/2 hours approx. Afterwards back to usual bar in Monda for a coffee or cerveza.
