Join the group for a regular online session to explore simple meditation techniques designed to help navigate life with greater calm and ease. The classes are principally aimed at beginners, but those with some experience are also very welcome to join this friendly and supportive group.

Sessions take place on the second and fourth Friday of Each Month.
Angela has been meditating regularly for seven years, has completed a number of silent meditation retreats, and holds a 250-hour Meditation Teacher Training certification from Meditationschool.us. She is currently participating in Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Programme (MMTCP).
