The classes are principally aimed at beginners – but people who have tried meditation before are also welcome to join this friendly activity. Each session will take place with participants sitting on chairs, ensuring meditation is accessible to everyone.

Angela has been meditating regularly for five years, recently completed an eight-day silent meditation retreat, and holds a 250-hour Meditation Teacher Training certification from Meditationschool.us
