Monda Circular Walk

Monda Circular Walk: This is fantastic countryside with mountain views. The walk is in the vicinity of Monda and on leaving the car park we start a steep ascent out of Monda village, up passed the castle. We then walk up towards the Gun and Country Club (closed) and then descend into the valley where there is a stream running through which we will cross (easily passable). We ascend, steeply, out of the valley and once at the top we will stop for a break; we will then make our way back via an old mule trail to Monda for refreshments in our usual bar. Time 2 1/2 hours approx.
