Teleférico de Benalmádena

The walk is a fairly constant up hill climb to the top of the cable car (750M) offering lovely views over the coast, then a down hill all the way back. There re some loose stones and sand so poles are recommended.

The walk is about 8.5km and should take about 3.5 hours with a break at the top for lunch. If the cable car is running coffee should be available at the top.

Off A7/E15 at Km 222 down to roundabout take 2nd exit past garage, next left turn to cemetery is not allowed (be aware police do monitor junction), carry on to next roundabout all the way round and back to be on right side of road, turn right to cemetery under motorway, follow road past cemetery until you reach a cross roads turn right up Calle Agave and park on the right.
